Richard is the Partner and Co-Founder of Haldeman & Hall.  This venture was created in response to the continued escalating cost and complexity facing businesses wanting to provide insurance to their employees.  It was also a personal need, as the founder of Lux Mentis, Inc, a strategic investment vehicle that owns several businesses, Richard wanted to provide the best healthcare access to his employees.
